Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive market forces
- Partner with R&D to evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity assessment
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofed business models
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) preferred
