Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation frameworks to foster collaborative problem-solving
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing successful innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level audiences
- Strong network within emerging tech communities
