Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive market intelligence
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation and sustainable futures in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications (e.g., HBR, MIT Technology Review)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects or predictive models
