Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI tracking
- Represent company at global futurism and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, MFTR)
- Experience leading high-impact change management initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and innovation strategy outputs
