Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Deliver strategic briefings to executive stakeholders on emerging market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Champion ethical innovation practices in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trendscope, Foresight Platform)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
