Responsibilities
- Analyze convergence signals across biotech, AI, and space economics to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop adaptive strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating 2030+ technological disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test future business models
- Curate and interpret exponential technology trends from MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Architect human-AI collaboration frameworks for next-generation workforce transformation
- Produce foresight reports that translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Mentor cross-functional innovation teams in anticipatory design methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Proven track record translating futures research into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience at Davos/WEF
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting and Social Change)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
