In this role, you'll lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, conduct horizon-scanning research, and develop predictive models that position our organization at the forefront of technological and societal evolution. Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socioeconomic trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies and tools for organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, foresight consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic foresight initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, AC/SCIP) strongly preferred
