- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and tech disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 commercialization
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future workforce evolution
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify breakthrough partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofing strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or 2030+ futures
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
