- Drive innovation workshops using design thinking and systemic futures methodologies
- Produce actionable trend reports and white papers published in top-tier industry journals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions and market entry strategies
- Build executive relationships to position clients as category-defining pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent strategic field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging tech assessment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required portfolio)
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc preferred)
