Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and global trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and implementation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through scenario modeling and impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
