Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with measurable innovation KPIs
- Deliver executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-critical solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals
- Advolve on emerging tech investments and M&A opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Strong network with global innovation labs and research institutions
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
