- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business goals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry leaders
- Translate complex foresight into actionable product development and market entry strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
