- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build quantitative forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Strong proficiency with forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gartner models)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
