Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development (AR/VR, autonomous systems, neural interfaces)
- Conduct trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and space colonization
- Present futures briefings to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype quantum-resistant security solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published research on AI ethics or human-machine augmentation (NeurIPS/ICML preferred)
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation-to-market implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and synthetic biology paradigms
