Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and tech disruption scenarios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed foresight capabilities across organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing trend-forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, circular economy, or quantum computing applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or design thinking
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and scenario planning software
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-informed strategy implementations
