Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Design and facilitate workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots and innovation investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional data literacy with experience in predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
