Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Design ethical frameworks for future-facing technologies
- Facilitate workshops with C-suite executives on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on future strategy
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent
