Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026

- Author high-impact trend briefings for executive decision-making bodies
- Design and pilot innovation labs testing next-gen business models
- Build quantitative models predicting market evolutions and disruption vectors
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor internal teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex insights for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms
