Your strategic foresight will directly influence our product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning at the intersection of AI, biotech, and climate innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks mapping technology convergence and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test organizational resilience
- Identify and validate exponential opportunities across quantum computing, neurotech, and circular economies
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefings that influence R&D priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in exponential technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) preferred
