Responsibilities
- Anticipate global tech, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Translate complex foresight insights into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026's disruptive megatrends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
