- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles in R&D roadmaps
- Design and execute immersive foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level decision support
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
