Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and publish quarterly trend briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
- Establish metrics for tracking emerging technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
