- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work transformations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle expertise)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
