As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll identify disruptive opportunities, synthesize complex signals, and translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D pioneers to develop future-proof business models and drive exponential growth in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging societal paradigms
- Develop quantitative and qualitative trend impact models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Produce quarterly Future Briefs for executive decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market opportunities and disruption risks
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy implementation
