Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (Web4.0, biocomputing, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor future-tech talent through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation preferred
