Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and forecast industry impacts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional task forces in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategy to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through mentorship and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or strategy frameworks
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across multiple continents
