Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Institute) a plus
