Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech fusion) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and assess regulatory implications for future deployments
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum systems, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level audiences and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future technology trends
