Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product ecosystems
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios with 5-year ROI projections
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of industry 4.0
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (blockchain, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals/conferences
