Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop and maintain a multi-year innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Manage vendor/partner relationships for emerging tech pilots and integrations
- Track KPIs for innovation initiatives and ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Author thought leadership content on technology futures and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven experience in emerging tech evaluation (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodology or strategic planning (e.g., CFM, CSP)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight work or published industry analysis
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in enterprise environments
