- Produce executive-level foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Sustainability, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
