Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Architect human-centered transition strategies for legacy industry disruption
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in our patent-prediction methodology
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with generative AI and predictive modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS)
