Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify future disruption opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
