Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with data-backed scenario planning
- Champion a culture of experimental innovation through hackathons and innovation sprints
- Measure KPIs for future-readiness metrics and adapt strategies based on real-time feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year development cycles
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile innovation environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
