Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market with $100M+ impact
