Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 warehouse staff during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Coordinate inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and discrepancy resolution
- Train and mentor weekend team members on operational procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
