Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and logistics software to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of a full-time schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
