Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products between docks and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damages, errors, and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, including holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
