Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and throughput targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time commitment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we will train the right candidates.
