Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM-6 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Valid driver's license required
