This full-time position requires weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule. You'll play a critical role in maintaining our industry-leading delivery standards while advancing your career in logistics. No nights or Mondays required!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) for inventory management
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments with precision and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train new weekend staff on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Resolve logistical challenges with proactive problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
