Position Overview:
In this critical role, you will manage the flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts and timely system updates.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on merchandise to ensure accuracy and prevent damages.
- Assist in organizing storage areas to optimize warehouse space and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
