Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations including opening/closing procedures
- Train and mentor 5-7 retail associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Execute visual merchandising plans and inventory management
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service standards
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement performance improvements
- Coordinate with weekday management team for operational continuity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience required
