Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members across clinical and support departments
- Oversee patient care coordination and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Implement weekend staffing schedules and address real-time operational needs
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional growth
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for seamless transition of patient care
- Resolve escalated patient or family concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years healthcare supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Current CPR/BLS certification and state nursing/clinical license
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems and scheduling software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management abilities
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds
