Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Team Supervision: Direct and mentor a team of logistics associates, conducting shift briefings and providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock accuracy, inventory counts, and order fulfillment to guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and implement process improvements to enhance operational standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating full-time schedule.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or retail supervision.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
