Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover processes
- Train and mentor weekend staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Manage cross-functional communication with transportation and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday-Sunday)
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
