Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising during weekend shifts
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Execute weekend sales promotions and achieve weekly performance targets
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management and security protocols
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures and customer service best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven ability to manage weekend operations and high-volume periods
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
