Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 weekend staff across multiple facilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and optimize weekend workflows
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transitions
- Generate weekend performance reports and KPI analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warehouse conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
