Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 weekend staff members during community service projects
- Coordinate logistics for weekend outreach programs including resource allocation and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational standards during all shifts
- Conduct weekly performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Develop and implement innovative weekend engagement strategies for local residents
- Collaborate with city officials and community partners to align program objectives
- Generate weekly progress reports and submit to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in community service or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to manage weekend/holiday schedules with flexibility
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently in dynamic weekend environments
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred
