Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts, including inventory management and merchandising
- Lead and mentor 8-10 team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving escalated issues and maintaining visual standards
- Analyze sales data to drive weekend promotions and optimize staffing
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
